The Slovak Society on Haemostasis and Thrombosis (SSHT) is dedicated to promoting knowledge, research, and advancements in the field of thrombosis and haemostasis in Slovakia.
SSHT's mission is to bring together healthcare professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders involved in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of blood clotting disorders and bleeding disorders. The society aims to foster collaboration and provide a platform for the exchange of scientific information, research findings, and clinical experiences related to thrombosis and haemostasis. Through educational programs, conferences, seminars, and workshops, SSHT seeks to enhance the expertise of healthcare professionals and contribute to improved patient care and outcomes.

novel therapies for haemophilia and immune tolerance induction in haemophilia management and genetics of von Willebrand disease
diagnostics of rare bleeding disorders
rotational thromboelastometry in various fields of medicine (hepatology, orthopaedic surgery, gynaecology, etc.)
